Terms and Conditions

  1. This agreement is concluded between the owner of the website of the online store diviturki.lv and SIA “DIVI TURKI”, registration number 40103549306, legal address: Riharda Vagnera street 14, Riga, zip LV-1050, (further – the Seller), and by the person who places the order and makes a purchase on the online sales website www.diviturki.lv (further – the Buyer) . The distance agreement applies to all orders and purchases made on the online sales website www.diviturki.lv. This remote agreement does not apply to purchases in retail stores.
  2. Placing an order (further – the Order) and paying for it, the Buyer agrees to conclude with the Seller this Distance Agreement for delivery of the ordered goods (further- the Goods) by indicated prices.
  3. The Buyer can place an order 24 hours a day. The Seller prepares orders on business days from 10:00 to 17:00.
  4. The Seller sends to the Buyer a confirmation of Order acceptance by email. If the Customer has not received a confirmation by email, that means the Order is not accepted.The Order preparation begins not earlier than the moment when the Buyer has paid for the purchase on the Seller’s website.
  5. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information, otherwise the delivery of the Order is not guaranteed.
  6. Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer must make sure that the Goods correspond to the order (product name and other relevant parameters).
  7. Any Goods purchased in an online store that is in the original packaging, was not opened, used, or mechanically damaged after purchase may be returned.
  8. To return the Goods, the Buyer must request from the Seller a return form via e-mail info@bonatiteas.com. The Buyer fills out and sends the form to the seller at the above email address.  Transportation costs for the returned product are paid by the Buyer.
  9. The Seller transfers the money for the returned Goods to the bank account indicated by the Buyer, which the Buyer indicates in the return form, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after termination of the Agreement and receipt of the Goods indicated in the return form in any of the Seller’s stores on the basis of the Buyer’s refusal.
  10. In case of incorrect assembly of the Goods, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out the return form. The costs of the courier in this case are covered by the Seller.
  11. If the selected product is not available at the moment, we will contact you to inform you of possible delivery or refund of money to your account.
  12. The Goods may differ from those shown in the pictures.

  13. Customers who have been issued plastic customer cards can use the card number as a coupon. The card gives a discount on certain groups of Goods: coffee and tea. These cards do not have an expiration date and can be used an unlimited number of times.
