Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.diviturki.lv online store, the procedure for placing orders, making payments and delivering goods, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through the online store 24 hours a day.
After placing an order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation at the e-mail address provided. Receipt of this e-mail confirms that the order has been received by the system but does not constitute final confirmation that the order will be fulfilled.
The sales contract is considered concluded after the Seller has confirmed the order and received payment, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include taxes in accordance with Latvian law.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including:
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards;
- online banking through the Klix by Citadele payment system;
- other payment methods available at the time of checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. For orders that have already been placed and paid for, the price indicated at the time the order was placed will apply.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia using the delivery methods offered at checkout.

5. Product Availability
We strive to keep information about product availability up to date.
If, after an order has been placed, it is determined that the selected product is temporarily unavailable, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer and offer:
- to wait until the product becomes available;
- replacement with a similar product;
- a full refund.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer is obliged to:
- provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order;
- pay for the order in a timely manner;
- accept the order at the specified address or receive it using the selected delivery method.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
The Seller is obliged to:
- process the order within a reasonable period of time;
- provide the Buyer with goods of appropriate quality;
- inform the Buyer of any delays or inability to fulfil the order.
8. Returns and Refunds
A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, except in cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as well as sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
These restrictions do not affect the Buyer’s right to submit a claim if the product is damaged, defective, does not correspond to the order or does not comply with the terms of the contract.
To return a product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at info@diviturki.lv, stating the order number and providing information about the product to be returned. After notifying the Seller of the withdrawal, the product must be sent or handed back to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Buyer notified the Seller of the withdrawal.
Where the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the payments received from the Buyer within the time limits established by applicable law. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Buyer provides evidence that the product has been sent back, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the original purchase, unless the Buyer and the Seller have expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Latvian legislation.

10. Liability of the Parties
The Seller shall not be liable for delays in the performance of its obligations caused by circumstances of force majeure, actions of delivery service providers, disruptions in payment systems or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information and delivery address provided.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If the Buyer has a complaint concerning a product, order, payment or service, the Buyer may submit it to the Seller:

The Seller will review complaints and provide a response within the time limits established by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs — PTAC) or use other out-of-court dispute resolution procedures provided for by applicable law.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through out-of-court procedures shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
12. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
The relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law.
