For the order delivery the Seller requests and the Buyer provides the following data for the Buyer:

• First Name, Last Name
• Phone number
• email addresses
• Address (except when the Buyer chooses to receive an order in our stores).
• Preferred Omniva mail terminal for receiving an Order (except when the Buyer chooses to receive an order in our stores)

Personal data will be use to ensure the delivery of the purchased goods to the Omniva postal terminal or to the address specified by the Buyer, as well as to contact the Buyer in cases where it is necessary to clarify or change the Order.

Personal data related to the delivery of goods should not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of SIA Omniva (hereinafter courier delivery), to ensure the order delivery  in cases where courier services are used to deliver the order.

The personal data necessary for making payments is transferring to the authorized processor of Maksekeskus AS.

The buyer can withdraw his consent to the processing of Personal Data, which is proceed according of buyer’s consent ( as indicated above). In order to withdraw its consent, the Buyer can use the seller’s contact information.

If the Buyer withdraws his consent, the Seller stops processing the Personal data.
