2. Shipping Methods

We offer several convenient ways to receive your order:

• Store Pickup — free of charge from our stores in Riga and Daugavpils. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.
• Omniva — delivery to parcel lockers across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
• Courier Delivery — delivery to the specified address in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

3. Shipping Costs

• Store pickup — free of charge.
• Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) — €2.99.
• Orders of €50 or more qualify for free delivery to Omniva parcel lockers (LV, LT, EE).
• The cost of courier delivery is calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery address.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within one business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, destination country, and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

5. If an Item Is Out of Stock

If the ordered item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and offer one of the following options:

• wait until the item is back in stock;
• replace it with a similar product;
• receive a full refund.
